We spent 7 nights in a Three-Bedroom Suite with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei, and it was just perfect for our family with children. The onsen was such a relaxing treat after a long day, and we loved how spacious the suite was for everyone to spread out. The breakfast setup could be more streamlined, but it didn't take away from our amazing stay! 😊

Luxurious stay with stunning views
Our stay in the spacious Four Bedroom with Mt. Yotei View and Open-Air Bath was a delight! The breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei from the living room was unforgettable, and the well-stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. Even with the rain, we enjoyed the excellent onsen and gym facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety that satisfied our family. One small improvement could be adding more local dining recommendations.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The hotel's staff is incredibly attentive, and the onsen is a true gem. Every detail seems well-planned, including the convenience of ski rentals right on the property.
The air conditioning left much to be desired, making parts of the stay uncomfortable. A softer ambiance in common areas would enhance the experience.
